When you can’t, Jesus can!

If you’ve been having a hard time of it lately, try not to sweat the small stuff, cause you are not at the mercy of how you life is right now, cause “Jesus can fix what’s broken, heal what is sick, and change what is terrible.” In a world that often feels fractured and chaotic, we need to remember the power and compassion of our Savior. He is not just a figure of history; He is the living embodiment of hope, restoration, and transformation.

Jesus can Fix What’s Broken:
We can all relate to moments when life feels shattered. Relationships may falter, dreams may crumble, and our spirits can feel heavy with despair. Yet, Jesus stands ready to mend the brokenness in our lives. In the Gospel of Matthew, we read how He healed the brokenhearted and bound up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). Just as a skilled craftsman takes time to repair a cherished item, Jesus invites us to bring our broken pieces to Him. He can restore our hearts, rebuild our relationships, and renew our spirits. No matter how deep the crack or how severe the damage, remember: with Jesus, every broken thing has the potential to be made whole again.

Jesus Heals What Is Sick:
Our Lord’s ministry was marked by healing. From curing the blind and the lame to raising the dead, Jesus demonstrated His divine authority over sickness and suffering. But His healing goes beyond the physical. Many among us carry emotional and spiritual ailments—grief, anxiety, loneliness. Jesus invites us to lay these burdens at His feet. In Matthew 11:28, He says, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” He desires to bring healing not just to our bodies but to our very souls. If you’re feeling sick today, remember that Jesus is the Great Physician, ready to heal every affliction.
3. **Jesus Changes What Is Terrible:** Finally, let us consider the transformative power of Jesus. The world presents us with chaos, injustice, and despair. Yet, in the face of darkness, Jesus shines brightly. He is able to change the narratives of our lives. The story of the prodigal son beautifully illustrates this. No matter how far we stray, Jesus is always ready to welcome us back, offering forgiveness and a fresh start. He can turn our mourning into dancing, our despair into hope. In 2 Corinthians 5:17, we are reminded that in Christ, we are a new creation; the old has passed away, and the new has come!

Conclusion: Dear friends, as we reflect on these truths, let us bring our brokenness, our sickness, and our fears to Jesus. He is waiting with open arms, ready to mend, to heal, and to transform. No matter what we face, we have a Savior who can fix what’s broken, heal what is sick, and change what is terrible. Let us trust in His power and grace. If you find yourself today feeling lost or broken, we urge you: turn to Jesus. Allow Him to work in your life, He can fix what you can’t!
May you experience the restorative love of Christ you step into a future filled with hope and renewal. And so, let us pray together, seeking His healing touch in our lives…
