Could You Say To God, What Mary Did?

Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. (Luke 1:30)
For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. (2 Chron. 6:9)
Because Mary looked for something intentionally, she found it. At the lynchpin moment of history, she was equipped, though weak, ready, though inexperienced, willing, though powerless. What had she sought? To love and honor God with her life. What did that do for her? She found grace – the greek word is charis, meaning joy, pleasure, merciful kindness upon the soul, and divine influence upon the heart.
If you want to escape fear and begin an exciting journey with God, start seeking Him wholeheartedly (as opposed to half-heartedly), full-time (as opposed to part-time), and jump in over your head (as opposed to wading in the shallow waters).
During this Christmas Season, Could God have possibly chosen you as the next person that He wants to make History with? If so, do you have the courage to be like Mary and say, Father,Be it unto me according to Your Word? If so, join us in this simple prayer, Dear God, thank you for Jesus, Thank you for Mary. Prior History tells us that you chose to speak to those you’ve chosen using Angels, messengers, Pastors, teachers, and Evangelists, Father if you are speaking to me and if you’ve chosen me to be the next person that you are able to use to make history with, My answer is “Yes”, Be it to me according to your word! – Amen!
