From Rubble to Roadway! Trade what you have for what Jesus has!

Dear friend, today we gather to reflect on a powerful truth: that Jesus can take the rubble of our lives—the trials, the heartaches, the disappointments, the setbacks, the unforseen circumstances and stuff that just ain’t right—and transform them into a beautiful roadway, paving the way for God’s blessings to flow abundantly in our lives. As we delve into this message, let us open our hearts to the miraculous work that Jesus can do when we surrender our broken pieces to Him.

*The Reality of Rubble:*
Life, as we know, is often filled with unexpected challenges. We all encounter moments when we feel our lives have been reduced to rubble. Perhaps it’s a lost job, a broken relationship, a health crisis, or even feelings of inadequacy. In these moments, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and trapped amidst the debris of our circumstances. But let us remember, dear friends, that our Jesus specializes in making beauty out of ashes. Jesus uses rubbles to create new roadways for your life! In Isaiah 61:3, the Word tells us that God provides for those who grieve in Zion, to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. This is the promise we hold onto—the assurance that even in our darkest moments, God is at work, turning our rubble into something magnificent. When it seems that life has played a cruel joke on you because of unchanging circumstances, just over broke situations and sicknesses or problems that don’t seem to change, Jesus is busy at work creating new roadways that will lead you from what you have to what Jesus has for you! Scriptures reveal that when things are at their worst, Jesus is at His best creating roadways to something better!

*The Power of Jesus:*
Now, let us consider the incredible power of Jesus in this transformation. In Matthew 11:28-30, He invites us to come to Him when we are weary and burdened, assuring us that He will give us rest. When we bring our rubble to Jesus, He doesn’t just sweep it away; He uses it! Jesus takes our pain and turns it into purpose, our struggles into strength, and our sorrow into joy. Think of the miracles He performed. He turned water into wine, multiplied loaves and fishes to feed thousands, and calmed storms with just a word. He can take the fragmented pieces of our lives and create a pathway that leads us to His blessings.
*Paving the Roadway:*
As we allow Jesus to work in our lives, He paves a roadway that leads us toward His divine blessings. This roadway is not always straight or easy, but it is filled with hope and purpose. Along this path, we discover new opportunities for growth, healing, and connection with others. In Romans 8:28, we are reminded that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him. The rubble we experience will not be wasted; it is part of the journey that brings us closer to Him. As we walk this roadway, we learn to trust in Jesus’s timing, we get to learn who Jesus is and how He works we get to discover His plans, knowing that He is faithful to bring forth blessings beyond what we could ever imagine.

*Conclusion:*
So, dear friends, as we go forth today, let us not shy away from the rubble in our lives. Instead, let us boldly bring our struggles to Jesus, knowing that He has the power to turn them into a beautiful roadway. Let us embrace His transformative work and open our hearts to the blessings He has in store for us. Would you join us in prayer? Let us ask Jesus to help us surrender our rubble to Him, to trust in His ability to pave the way for blessings, and to walk faithfully on the path He has laid before us.
