Keep praying with expectation – even when you can’t see change yet!
**Scripture:** *”And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose.”* — Romans 8:28 (KJV)
Perhaps you have been praying for months, even years, about your workplace, relationships, family, or business. The exhaustion hasn’t lifted, and the breakthrough seems nowhere in sight. You may wonder if your prayers are making any difference at all. But here is the hidden truth: while you are praying, Jesus is working. His transformation often begins in the unseen realm—healing hearts, aligning circumstances, and preparing people—before it becomes visible.

Think of your prayers as seeds planted in soil that you cannot see. The growth happens underground first. A boss’s heart begins to soften. A spouse’s defenses start to lower. A child’s spirit becomes more open. A business obstacle begins to shift. You may not see it yet, but the Holy Spirit is orchestrating a change that will eventually break through the surface.
Your exhaustion does not hinder God’s power; it highlights His strength. When you are too tired to keep striving, you learn to trust. And trust is the soil where miracles grow. Keep praying, not because you see results, but because you trust the One who is working behind the scenes.

Take a moment to thank Jesus for the unseen work He is already doing in your exhausted spaces. Write down three things you are believing Him for, even if you cannot see them yet. Then, choose one small act of faith—such as speaking a blessing over a difficult person or taking a step of obedience in your business—as a declaration that you trust His timing.
*Father, I confess that I sometimes grow impatient when I don’t see immediate answers to my prayers. Help me to trust that You are working even when I cannot see it. Thank You for transforming my workplace, relationships, family, and business in ways beyond my understanding. Give me the grace to pray with expectation, not exhaustion. I believe that You are moving, and I will not give up. In Jesus’ name, Amen.*
