When Life’s Crucibles of Suffering hems you in, Jesus can help!

If you find yourself surrounded by struggles—feeling tired, fed up, discouraged, sick, or broke—know that you’re not alone. YOU are not alone because a lot of folks are going through the same things or similar things as you are and at the same time that you are. Life isn’t picking on you, and it isn’t picking on others that are going through it. Life is being life, it is doing what it is does and all for different reasons.

But when life does what it does, and crucibles of sufferings hem you in and make you feel locked in, stuck in, Hemmed in and blocked in, you don’t have to suffer through it alone. YOU are not alone, ~cause Jesus is with you and Jesus is for you. He wants to help, if you’ll let Him!

YOU may have prayed before but that was before. If you want Jesus to help you, you have to pray again, and again and again until the help that Jesus has for you shows up. And even after the help that Jesus has for you shows up, if you want to keep the help that Jesus sends you, if you want the help that Jesus sends you to work, you need to keep praying.

The reason for this is because crucibles of suffering are masters at keeping you stuck, they are masters at sneaking back into your circumstances and trying to wreak havoc just when you think you are getting your circumstances fixed.

Fervent prayers helps put a halt to crucible’s suffering’s power and will prevent it from doing what it is trying to do to keep you hemmed into bad circumstances.

It may seem like you’ve tried everything in your power to fix your circumstances. You’ve invested your time, energy, and resources, yet nothing changes. You might feel hopeless, as if no one cares about the heavy load you’re carrying, and that’s precisely when Jesus wants you to turn to Him for help.

Jesus understands your crucibles of sufferings! He wants to help but Jesus can’t help you if you don’t pray and ask Him for help!

If you want out, need a change, or want a better result, Invite Jesus Into Your Circumstances to help!

The first step in finding relief is recognizing that Jesus wants to help you—but He needs you to invite Him into your life. Here’s how you can do this:

  1. Quiet Your Heart: Find a moment of stillness and open yourself up.
  2. Speak to Him: In your own words, tell Jesus about your pain. Share your heart openly as you would to a friend.
  3. Ask for Help: Specifically ask Him to meet you in your suffering. Remember, He’s already there; you just need to acknowledge Him.
  4. Express Your Faith: Even if you feel weak, express your belief that He can make a difference. After you do this, be patient. Trust that if you have really “prayed” and asked Jesus for help, according to His divine timing, He will help you. Jesus help for your life may manifest differently than you expect. But if you have prayed, if you have faith, and if you wait and keep looking, Jesus’s help will show up! Jesus knows you are tired of your circumstances. Jesus knows what you’ve tried, He knows who won’t help you and what you don’t have. Because Jesus is aware of all of this, His help can do for you, what you cannot do to fix your circumstances when the times of his orchestrations to help you comes.

You may not like what you going through, but consider this, Jesus Sees Your Struggles and doesn’t like your sufferings either!

Imagine how Jesus feels as He watches you navigate through your trials. His heart is filled with compassion, sorrow for your pain, and a desire to be part of your journey. He understands your heartache and longs to transform your circumstances. But Jesus can’t do nothing, if you don’t pray nothing to Him so that He can help! Really bad circumstances require a lot of prayer and the prayer must be constant. It can’t be just a little prayer here and there. Praying like that produces very little to no results. If you want Jesus to respond to you sooner rather than later, you have to pray to Jesus for help a lot!

How Might Jesus Respond?

When you invite Him into your suffering, Jesus may respond in various ways:

  • Peace in the Storm: He can grant you an unexplainable peace despite shaky circumstances.
  • Guidance: He provides clarity and direction, showing you the next steps to take.
  • Strength: He can renew your inner strength, enabling you to keep moving forward.
  • Community: He may bring people into your life who can support and encourage you.

Jesus may expect you to Work with Him!

Jesus’ help may require you to actively participate. This may involve:

  • Faith: Trust in His plan for you, even when it feels uncertain.
  • Patience: Be willing to wait for your circumstances to change.
  • Action: Take small and practical steps in your life that align with the faith you are declaring as Jesus guides you.

Throughout the Bible, you can find powerful accounts of how Jesus showed up for those in tough situations when folks found themselves hemmed in:

  1. The Woman at the Well: She felt rejected and alone. By meeting her at a well, Jesus spoke to her directly about her pain, illuminating a path to redemption and purpose.
  2. Zacchaeus the Tax Collector: He had faced societal rejection due to his profession. When Jesus invited Himself to Zacchaeus’ home, it changed his entire trajectory, leading to restoration and community acceptance.
  3. The Paralytic: Friends brought him to Jesus when he could not move himself. Jesus not only healed him physically but also spiritually, affirming him in front of a crowd.

You might be still thinking, “I have prayed and asked for help, but why isn’t something changing?” Rest assured, Jesus has not exhausted all His resources to help you. His answers may not come immediately, but that doesn’t mean He isn’t working. Sometimes you have to pray a long time, do for a long time, give for a long time, or wait for a long time before you see any result. The main goal for you right now is that you should stay receptive to how Jesus may answer your prayers, because His ways may arrive in unexpected forms and at unexpected times and in disguised ways!

Patience is key. Remember that while Jesus hears prayers instantly, His orchestration of outcomes may take time.

As you wait on Jesus to work in your life, connecting with small groups, attending church services, reading inspirational content, or even exploring ebooks dedicated to faith can aid your journey. These paths can keep you encouraged, helping you stay grounded in the belief that Jesus is working on your behalf.
