Problems too much? “Invite Jesus to Meet You at “Your” Crossroads”!
In life, we all come to a point where it can seem like what we are going through becomes too heavy, the struggles seem to be too overwhelming plus exhausting, and the path ahead can seem clouded with uncertainty. But we have found that it is during these challenging times when we feel lost, exhausted, and at a loss for what to do next, Jesus is the best solution to the problem!
If you find yourself in this season of despair, where every solution you’ve tried has failed, and every door seems to be closing in your face, we want to encourage you to invite Jesus to meet you at the crossroads where your problems are holding you!
At the crossroads of your struggles, where you feel bound by chains of worry, fear, and doubt, Jesus stands ready to walk with you through the darkness. Jesus is not only willing but eager to lift the heavy weight off your shoulders, to guide you to a place of peace, clarity, and hope if you invite Him to meet you at your crossroads where what you have been going through has you bound, stuck, tired, depressed, fed up, sick or broke!
We have found that as Christians, we’re called to persevere through trials and tribulations, to press on in doing good even when it’s difficult. But there are times when the burdens we carry become way too heavy, the problems we face seem to be way too overwhelming, and we find ourselves utterly exhausted – spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Have you ever felt like that? Or do you feel like that now?
In those moments, when we’re sick and tired of being sick and tired, the best thing we can do is turn to the only One who can truly restore our souls: Jesus Christ.
▶️ When you feel like your help is insufficient, remember that Jesus’s strength is made perfect in your weakness.
▶️ When you are at a loss for what to do next, trust that Jesus holds the roadmap to your breakthrough.
▶️ Instead of trying to figure things out, or go around in circles trying to find the way, invite Jesus into your situation and let Jesus help!
Let go of the need to control, fix, or figure everything out on your own. Surrender your struggles into Jesus’s loving hands and allow Jesus to work in your life to “calm the storms” that rages around your problems.
▶️ Trust Jesus to help you find a way where there seems to be no way.
▶️ Allow Jesus to decide if He should change, alter, or fix what seems to be impossible in your circumstances to help you get through it, out of it or across from it!
▶️ Wanna invite Jesus to meet you at “YOUR crossroads where struggles hold you”? Let’s pray:
Dear Jesus,
I invite you to meet me at the crossroads of my struggles. I lay down my burdens, my fears, and my uncertainties at your feet. I trust in your promise of abundant life and ask for your guidance in navigating through this challenging season. Fix these problems Jesus, I am tired of them. Show me what you can do and what you will do in my hopeless, unchanging, depressing and discouraging situations! Give me the right guidance so that I can get my life fixed!
Fill me with your peace that surpasses all understanding. Strengthen me with your unwavering love. And lead me on the path of renewed hope and joy.
Thank you for meeting me where I am and for never leaving my side. I believe that with you, all things are possible. In your precious name, Amen.
The Bible promises that when we come to Jesus in our weariness, He will meet us and provide the refreshment, renewal, and revitalization we so desperately need. As Isaiah 40:31 declares, “but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”
When we’re at our wit’s end, overwhelmed by sickness, lack, pain, or hopelessness, Jesus longs to meet us right where we are. He wants to lift our burdens, heal our wounds, and fill us afresh with His strength and peace.
The psalmist David knew this reality well. In Psalm 34:18, he writes, “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.” And in Psalm 147:3, he declares that God “heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
So if you find yourself weary, worn, and struggling today, don’t hesitate to invite Jesus to meet you at your crossroads. He is faithful and true, and He will show up in power to restore, revive, and renew you.
Remember, dear reader, you are not alone in your struggles. Invite Jesus to meet you at the crossroads, and watch as He transforms your circumstances, your heart, and your life for the better. Embrace the journey ahead with faith and courage, knowing that a brighter tomorrow awaits in His presence.
Invite Jesus again to show up! More prayer equals more power and increases your chances of Jesus showing up!
Lord Jesus, we come to You in our weariness and despair. Our problems have become too heavy, our burdens too great. We’re sick, we’re broke, we’re in pain, and we’re just plain over it all. But we know that You are the only One who can truly meet us and provide the refreshment, renewal, and revitalization we so desperately need.
So we invite You, Jesus, to show up at our crossroads. Come and lift our burdens, heal our wounds, and fill us afresh with Your strength, peace, and joy. Restore our souls, Lord, and renew our spirits according to Your perfect will. We trust ourselves fully into Your mighty hands. Have Your way in our lives, for Your glory. Amen.”
