Give Jesus Your Problems..Ask Him to lead You to God’s plans!

The world we live in can be very stressful at times, wouldn’t you agree?  Especially when you have to listen to and deal with the world’s problems, your own problems, your friend’s problems and your family’s problems. With so many problems going on, it is easy to understand why you may be feeling the effects of stress and the energy drain that it causes.  Jesus Christ never intended for you to have to carry the burdens of the world’s problems and all of your own problems by yourself,  it is way too much for you to bear, so to help lighten your loads and ease your stress levels and replenish your energy, Jesus is offering to help you deal with your stress.  Some problems and concerns that are contributing to your stress can be outside of your control but they are NOT outside of Jesus’s control, so let Jesus help you.  Here are some easy ways for you to lighten the loads you may be carrying and start to experience God’s revival for your life!

1. Don’t bring your work home. Leave it behind the closed door at the work place. If you have to take your work home try to only take the physical part of it home. Leave any anger, such as coworker stress or deadlines, where they originated (at the work place). Take a deep breath, or put a favorite song in your ear and forget about your workplace.

2. Get your mind off of any problems…take a walk or read a good book.

3. Stand up and stretch -right where you are.

4. Look away at something or someone you like…

5. Begin a hobby, anything that you like that makes you happy…

6. Drink some water-sip on it throughout the day/night. Sipping water helps prevent stress headaches. Give yourself a goal of doing a certain amount of  something you like so you can take a sip of water as a reward. This will make you appreciate what you already like even more. Be proud of yourself for accomplishing a goal.

7. Ride a bike at Lunch or exercise. This is Stress help that will get you through the rest of the day.

8. Do a 20 minute daily work out.  Before or after work will do the trick for some stress help.

9. Listen to music that you like. Christian Music will help calm you and invite God’s presence.

10. Don’t be hard on yourself. Give yourself a break-not only mentally but emotionally as well.

11. Remember, Tomorrow will be a better day for you.

12. Try not to multitask to the extent that you cannot concentrate.

13. If errors are made simply do what needs to be done to fix them if you are able.

14. Don’t dwell on the problems focus on solutions and what you can do to accomplish solutions.

15.  Get a good night’s sleep! A good night’s sleep will make you feel much better and revive you!

16.  Smile for no reason.

17.  LAUGH

18. Pray – If you will pray regarding your stress, God will work regarding what is stressing you.

If you will do what you can with your stress, Jesus will do what you can’t when you invite Him into your circumstances and ask for His help! You don’t have to deal with and handle your stress alone, Jesus wants to help you! Do you want or need Jesus to help you deal with your stress? Iif so, join us in this simple prayer;

Dear Jesus Christ,
