Unhappy? Try, Praying, yeilding and being in God’s will!

“Go from your country, your people and your father’s household. . . . And all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” —

It is not easy when God is asking us to leave and abandon everything familiar to us and to shift places, relationships, and careers to focus on Him and to be a blessings to others. When we think of leaving and blessing,  we can think of Jesus’ leaving from heaven to come and live with us. He came to bring us grace and eternal life, but these gifts became available because Jesus was willing to leave heaven for our sake. He came so that we might have life and that we might have it in abundance.

If he did not will to come here to rescue us, I think we would be doomed forever.  Thank God that is not the case now, we have a Lord who came to our rescue. Likewise, God wants us to be willing and obeying to His plans and vision, not ours. When He says to pack and leave, we gotta do just that. When he asks us to stay, then that’s all it is, we just gotta stay.

Being in God’s will, will help us to be in His peace and confidence.  Therefore, today when you go about with your day, pray, yield and be in God’s will, without His presence it would be a hard journey to go through this life. If you are in a season of packing up and leaving, then may the Lord strengthen you and help you through. And wherever you are, may you know that God wants to bless people through you. His plans for you are always perfect, so rely and rest in Him. Place all your cares and burdens to Him, He will carry you through.

Thank you for this wonderful day. Thank you for your presence. Today, I pray you prepare the way for me to walk and work within your will. I pray your good plans finds me. May your blessings and favor be with me. Shower me with your kindness and love. Protect my soul from all evil. Whenever, I am tired and discouraged, may I know that you are with me and blessing me to be a blessing to others. Thank you Lord for helping and supporting me. In Jesus name,  Amen.
